About Ty

Ty Tascioglu recently passed the NFLPA Agent Exam and was certified as a contract advisor in 2021.

He brings a diverse background of coaching, law, marketing, and advertising to the agency. Tascioglu started his football career as a player personnel intern with the New Orleans Saints in 2001. From 2003-2004, he worked as a football operations intern at Central Michigan University. From 2005-2006. Tascioglu was a defensive assistant at Northwood University (MI) focused on opponent offense scouting. And from 2007-2010, he served as the running backs and receivers coach at College of the Canyons, a junior college in Santa Clarita, California.

Tascioglu served as the Summer Football Camp Director while at College of the Canyons.

Following his coaching career, he earned a juris doctor from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (2015). Tascioglu was licensed as an attorney by the Arizona Bar in 2016.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University (2006).

Since 2007, Tascioglu has also operated AJR Consulting Inc., a full-service sales, advertising, and marketing firm.

Ty resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports and CrossFit.

Cliff Brady
NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor

Cliff Brady earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in 1981. He then earned his master’s degree at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

After completing his education, Cliff worked with Gary Fencik and Leslie Frazier of the Chicago Bears ‘85 Super Bowl team, who suggested he start a program for second career planning. 

In 1987 he was certified through the NFLPA and he began his life’s work of representing NFL athletes and helping them to leverage their time in the NFL to spring board them into a second career after their playing days in the NFL.
